Q: ARE THERE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19?
As of May 2020, orders to the USA are still experiencing an average of 5 to 7 days delay due to shipping being prioritized for medical supplies. Other destinations like Canada, Australia and European countries are also experiencing similar delays that vary based on each locations at the moment. If you need additional information on your order do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? 
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 90% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
The order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped. It will usually take 1-6 weeks, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide, but PLEASE allow up to 2-6 weeks due to high demand.

Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will rarely be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Q: I placed an order with PopVideoGoodies. Can I see its status? 
A: First off, thank you for ordering with us! 
Secondly, YES! You can check the status of the order yourself. Just go to the Track Your Order page.
Note: You can track your order after few days after it been shipped out! 

Q: My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
A: If it is beyond the estimated shipping time since you have placed your order, please contact us and we will start checking it ASAP.

Q: I got charged more than I expected, why?
A: Please check with your local currency, we charge ALL orders in USD as mentioned clearly.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order?
A: If you have a problem with an order from this store, please get in touch with us directly within 24 hours. If you send an email after 24 hours we are not able to change the order.
